Hi, I am having great difficulty. I have to confirm my mobile number via a security code which is sent via email by PayPal. I have a payment pending from Ticket lodge which cannot be processed until my PayPal account is verified. I have now asked them to send me this code probably 10 times since yesterday and I have emailed the help centre but there is just no response! What should I do? The amount pending is not a small value
Maybe check your spam e-mail folder? Sometimes offers can be sorted into spam e-mails, especially if you've asked them to send it to you multiple times. Also, most e-mail services have a search option, so try typing in "PayPal" into your e-mail provider's search bar.

I am sorry about your issue. Please, try contacting customer service by phone by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website and then Call us.
