Hi @Lynne66

 

Sorry if you didn't receive the confirmation code to your phone. If you still haven't, it's most likely that you need to reach out to your mobile provider to confirm that you can receive short code messaging. This is a platform that companies use to send messages. Some phone providers do not have this automatically turned on.
