I have a few things going on that I can't seem to resolve, and it will wreck my standing on ebay and Etsy.
I added and confirmed my phone number on my account, but I can't seem to add a bank account. The process stops me by asking for my already confirmed telephone number, tells me it can't be confirmed, and will go no further.
I cannot add money to my balance so I can refund a customer. The only money transaction I see in my account is a $1 withdrawal, no deposits at all. The system is asking for the two deposits and I cannot provide them.
I've never ever had these kind of problems with PayPal. What on earth is going on?
