I have to confirm my ID card. But I cannot finish the last step of the confirmation. There is no way to upload the file. When I click on "Solve the request", they write me "Thank you for providing the required information. We’ll get back to you within a few business days." It's been a few days and I have no answer. I am very upset, because I cannot withdraw my money and cannot pay bills. Thank you for your help.
