Why am I being asked to confirm my identity? I have been using PayPal for years. I am also being told I have recently changed my address which I haven’t! I have lived here for several years, and had many packages delivered here paid for via PayPal. I cannot access my account as I am told there is a problem with it. I called the number and went through heaps of prompts but was told they couldn’t help me and to get on line. I can’t get access to my account!! Help!!!
