Hi everyone!
I am a new user of the PayaPal system and I want to ask one question:
I live in Slovenia (so ouside the U.S. :)) and it says that I CAN link my bank account in my country.
I have linked my Bank Account to this site, but I cannot confirm it. It says that they sent me 2 different ammounts (0,00 - 0,99 €) to my bank account. In order to confirm my bank account I am supposed to put the ammounts in the confirmation form, but the problem is I have not recieved any ammounts from PayPall.
Can someone help me link my account or tell me what is wrong?
