Communication with a human being/ Support

Is anyone out there that deals with this huge company happy with the level or lack thereof  in the customer service area?? 10 years ago it was great and now it is impossible to speak with an actual person. I have tried many times. This is the most unacceptable customer service I have ever encountered.

agree..it is awful and using the Covid-19 as an excuse doesn't wash with me .i'm in the process of cancelling my account with them and can i speak to a human being. like hell it's like i'm a prisoner with them

They have gotten so big they can run the company without human customer support and are acceptable until you need help. More people need to close accounts
