Closing my account

 Hi, I am trying to close my account but anytime I click on the icon, only this appears:

There's something that needs to be resolved. Please contact customer service, and we'll help you with it.

And then if I am trying to contact a customer by email, I actually can't send any becouse it doesn't give me any option.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
