Closing my account

Im trying to close my account and the message says-unable to close at the moment as it has a pre-payment set up. How do I get rid of the pre-payment?

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.

If you have set up a repeat or recurring payment that is made via Paypal that is linked to your credit card, you may also have to contact the other party and get them to cancel. This is why you should never set up repeating payment authorisations for subscriptions etc via a credit card.

They can easily cancel it where i directed them if that was the case.
