Whenever i try to close my account i get this message http://prntscr.com/m65kwe , then i go to the help center and there is nothing there that they can help me with, and i can't send an email to contact them regarding this either, it just sends me back to my profile to try it again. How do i fix this?
You need to contact customer services to resolve any account issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter? You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages. It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
