Hi. I can't access my account since I forgot my password. And I can't change the password since I don't have the phone number in the account. I've tried calling customer services but due to COVID, it's like they are not available during hours they should be. I am looking to closing the account and opening a new one with the same email. I think it will be easier that way. Also, there aren't any funds, so no issues there. Any thoughts on how I could go about closing the account?
