Closing an account and opening new because moving country

Hi, 

I have a business account and I have moved to another country. I read that you can't change the country of a business account, so I have to close this and open a new one.... but I really want to use this same email address that I have in the current PayPal account. Is is possible to close this account and open a new one with the same email address?

Yes, you should be able to do that but others have found issues doing so.

Your best bet is to close your account and allow at least 72 hours before opening up the new account in your new country.

Also clear your cookies / cache etc first.
