I hope someone can help me with a solution to PayPal closing my sons and now my wife’s PayPal account due to apparent risk or exposure to PayPal. So far neither of them have been given any other reason even though both accounts are linked to UK bank accounts. PayPal is the preferred and safest payment method for customers using their vintage clothing business and without it they can’t trade. How can they satisfy PayPal’s exposure if PayPal will not offer a solution when asked?
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
