Despite trying many times over a period of about two years, I have never been able to use Paypal. Now Paypal has personal information - bank account details, passport details, driving licence details, credit card details and I am really uncomfortable about this. I want to close the account but despite repeated attempts it seems to be impossible. I use online trading frequently but this is the most user unfriendly app I have ever encountered. I would like someone to tell me how this account can be permanently deleted and my personal information deleted as well. Every time I try to delete the account it just goes into a loop requesting credit card details and a password change. I've complied repeatedly but it just does not allow me to delete the account. Why? How on earth can I get rid of this thing?
