Hi I am trying to close the account and it says to contact customer service, but contacting customer service seems to be even more difficult.
I was only able to send my message as a complaint form. I have 0.21 euros on my account that I do not mind loosing but I do not have any bank accounts associated with it. I tried sending it to my 2nd paypal account but no luck.
I only want to close it because I no longer live in that country and I had a message from paypal that my account has been inactive.
