Closing a deceased account set up in Brazil

Having sent documents to the Uk office which were checked and eventually sent onto Brazil office, there has been no progress, no communication from office in Brazil. UK paypal just keep sending automated email responses and not seeming to read my emails properly, asking for help. Phone line doesn't take calls due to Covid apparently. I began this closure last November and need the money from this account. Is there a phone number for the bereavement department (that works!). It feels like I am shouting in an empty room!!

Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky.
If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.
Live chat is also randomly available.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
