Um, i have 2 question, if i downgrade my Paypal account from Business into Personal, is my money gonna disappear? or is it still there? because for some reason, im not able to transfer my money from this account to my other paypal account.
2) I also tried withdrawing my PayPal Balance to my bank, waited 4 days, but it ends up canceling itself and took $4 of my account. i already link my bank into my paypal account. someone help, please
