Closing Account

I have removed my linked bank account (linked to a business that is now closed) and am trying to close the account but I cannot. It is saying there is a credit balance, but it won't allow me to add another bank account (my personal one) to withdraw the funds first.

Help.

Can you 'send' the funds using the friends/family option to a family member or close mate that can then give you the cash?
