Closing Account

Hi everyone! I hope someone here can help me. I am trying to close this account I have with PayPal. However, when I click on close I get the message that this account cannot be closed due to "pending/preauthorized payments" What does this mean and how do I fix it? As far as I know I do not have any pending payments. I do have payments setup to automatically come out of the account like automatic reneweals of subscriptions; could this be it and how would I go about fixing this? Please help!!!!

It is indeed that, if you have any subscriptions like Netflix for example just go on the website and edit the payment method either to your card or to a new paypal account.

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
