Hi, I want to close my account and create new one with my new details as I have now moved to a new country. I also have no access to the phone number linked to the account. The problem is that I keep getting this msg... Before you close your account There's something that needs to be resolved. Please contact customer service, and we'll help you with it. Could someone please tell me what to do and how to close the account.
I can not close my account either...same message I must speak with a customer service rep. Good luck with that as none seem to be available. All you can do is write a message and a day or two later someone responds with completely unhelpful information. Very frustrating!
