I am really struggling to close my account. when I follow the instructions and click on 'close account', the system comes back to inform me that my account cannot be closed and I need to contact 'customer service'. Now, I cannot find any help on this. I have recently moved from Singapore to the UK and would need to close the old SG account. It surely cannot be THIS difficult.
