So I created a paypal account but actually made a business one and not a personal, after realising I tried to close it but I was unable to, help.

Call PayPal customer service to downgrade to a personal account:

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.
