Doesn't help.  They want me to contact them but absolutely refuse to respond to my messages.  I waited for over two hours and still nothing.  I just want this account gone.  PayPal has given me way, way, way, too much trouble.

Sorry as i am not gifted with telepathy and you did not say that paypal had told you to contact them then all i could give you was the link.

As the phone lines are not up and running then everyone is messaging paypal and if they don't get a reply in a few hours they message again.

So paypal are inundated with MULTIPLE messages which waste time as several agents may be dealing with the same issue from the same person whilst others are delayed for days.
