Close Account Link Doesn't Work

I am having trouble closing my account online. It's as if the link doesn't work, and there's no pop-up blocker. I've tried on IE and Chrome, and on different computers. Can someone offer some advice?

Is it limited at all?

Do you have any pending transactions?

Have you removed bank accounts and cards?

Have you any subscriptions set up? >>>>

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
