I have an account that uses a Norwegian bank card, adding to a Mastercard. To tranfer money from China, I try to put in a card from ICBC in China, but that doesn't work, because the error message says that I can only use a bank card using Norwegian Kroner. But, on the other hand, it says on the website that I can use an American bank card, which is not logical.
I also see that the website allow 11 digit bank card number, while my ICBC card has 19 digits, which might be a problem.
It's no problem to transfer money from other peoples PayPal account in China to Norway.
Any ideas on how I can solve this problem?
