Have Chase savings account. PayPal will not register it. Site message reads "can not register at this time". Tried two days. Registration on Chase account and PayPal appears to match. Suggestions????
It's good that you reached out to us regarding this matter. I'm so sorry about the issue. Kindly double check if that particular account is not yet attached to any other active PayPal account. System will not allow it. If incase of multiple attempts it will be temporarily blocked and our system won't allow you yet. You need to let it pass for 24 to 48 hours atleast. Chase Savings account is not attached to any other PayPal account. So far, I have not received notice that I am Locked out. Only notice is the site giver me a message, "Sorry We are Unable to Register your account at this time. Try again later." Thx
