I sent in all the info requested in order to change my Paulson account to my name instead of my husband's. He has never used PayPal and doesn't know how. I put his name when I joined years ago.. Thinking... He's the head of our household. I find that other utility bills etc that were in his name, if I wanted to make any changes to the account, they had to talk to him on the phone, for the ok. He was always peeved at this. I'm the one who pays the bills and am in charge of online work etc. No other company has denied me the change, except PayPal. They didn't give me a reason either.
