Hello everyone,
The PayPal admins are not helpful at all. This is insane.
I need to access an account which I haven't used for ages. In the meantime, I've changed my mobile number. And the old number, which I don't have, is still linked to the account, which means that I cannot pass the verification step, access my account and update the mobile number.
How can I remove the old mobile number?
Is there another way to access the account? I have answered the two personal questions.
Any advice?
