Hi, 9 years ago I created my PayPal account to use it one time only for online purchase, but never got to use it. Problem is, I registered this account on totally random name and details. How do I change my name, nationality and number? It asks me for divorce papers along with ID (which I have).
I could try closing my account but I saw somewhere that it doesn't let you use the same email.
