Hello. I am trying to change my personal name in my business account. Reason being, the personal name registered is not my full name. I have tried to submit the document (photo ID) for proof but the page doesn't seem to load and submit my files. It just refreshes into the same page. Kindly assist please. May need Paypal team's help to manually change it? Much appreciated. Thank you.
