Changing Permissions of Users

I have allocated some of my sub users some permissions I now want to withdraw, How do I amend their permissions?

1. Click Settings.
2. Click Account Access under "Account & Security" on the left of the page.
3. Click Update next to "Manage Users."

The only options that appear here are "View Profile" and "Delete User". When I View Profile, there is no option to change permissions.

I do not wish to delete the user, I wish to give them more permissions.

I have the same issue, there is no update button that I can see in the interface.
