I changed the password to log in but I stii see my old password on the log in so every time I delict my old password and put my new one and log in. How do I change the password on the Paypal site?

Get rid of it on your browser settings for remembered passwords.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
