I can't pass verification as my phone number has changed. I used Chat today, after several lengthy pauses (where I was left hanging on with no idea what the agent was doing) and 25 minutes I was asked to call in. On phoning PayPal customer services I received an automated response saying my enquiry cannot be supported over the phone.
This means I have no way of using my account. This also means I'm unlikely to use PayPal, it's not worth the hassle.
