We recently changed ownership of the company. Business continued as normal, but then all the sudden paypal put a limitation on our account. We called and they needed information, we provided all the information requested with Id of new owner. Now today we called again because they are holding 6k with no release date. After speaking with rep, the rep suspended our account again. Requesting the same information as before. The problem is the account is in the business name with FTID, but the individual listed is no longer with the company. How do we get that changed, everytime we have tried they have said the old owner has to call in, and because of the way he was bought out he wants nothing to do with our company. Paypal support has been no help. Has anyone been through this?
