At my wits end of purchased items being sent to previous address even though ive updated my cards in the wallet and changed my preferred address on account. Can someone advise me how to stop this before I completely delete my account?

Please delete this address from your PayPal account. The primary address used for your account will be the address assigned to your credit/debit card that is registered on the PayPal account. You will also have the option to change the delivery address when checking out on PayPal.
