Change of Name

I want to change my name here in paypal. I signed up Helmer M. Ondevilla and I need to change it to Helmer M. Ondevilla Jr because my bank account does not aligned with my paypal account. I already provided everything, PhilHealth ID, Birth Certificate, NBI Clearance, Voter's ID, Credit card info, Billing proof, Certification of full payment with st peter. Still my request not approved. Can someone help me with this.

the name must match exactly.

can you open a new bank account ,it is really easy to open bank account online,if you already have accounts with them
