Change of Country and time zone

Good day   Can you please tell me how to change my country and time zone on my profile?   Thank you.

Thank you for contacting the PayPal Community Forum and welcome as a new member!

PayPal accounts are country-specific. Once the account is created and a country location has been chosen, it cannot be changed. If you move to a new country you will need to create a new PayPal account.
