Change number

I have changed my number and put it as primary but when a add bank account its still showing my old number

If you have just added a new phone number, our system may not be considering it safe just yet as this is new information added to the account. When this happens, the system would still rely on the old and secure information on your account. I would recommend reaching out to our Customer Service directly for more information. If you want to contact our Customer Service, you can click ‘Help & Contact’ at the bottom of any PayPal page to see which options are available.
