Change my nationality in my personal info

Hi! I just found out the I have the wrong nationality in my personal info. I don’t find any edit option to change. Somebody who knows ??

Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.
You can't 'change' the country on a paypal account.
