Change my name

I would like to change my name, the name which shown right now is my friend name, but actually it's my account, I don't want to create new account! so it's not fit with legal name or minor name or update a nickname! I'm trying before by using update my name but not adjusted. please advise!

Sadly you can't change a paypal account from one person to another.
