I already try to change legal name, but no more progress, i already upload document 2 days ago to change name, but no notif or email. My money stuck in my wallet. So hard to verif account

You may have to wait a few weeks for a name change.

 
Everything is taking longer at the moment including payment releases / disputes / refunds / withdrawals etc as Paypal is working with reduced staff and in difficult circumstances due to covid, hope you get it reviewed soon.

I have uploaded my marriage contract.

My legal name BEFORE was Conchita <Removed>. (<Removed>) <Removed>

Now, I  am married, it must be Conchita <Removed>. (<Removed>) <Removed>, not Conchita <Removed> <Removed>.

I am having this issue for over a  month.

I have uploaded documents 3 times.

Please, Paypal  try to  understand.
