Change email address in suspended account

Hey all, I have an issue regarding my email address.

My account was suspended few months ago and I want to unlink email address from it, but each time when I want to add new email, I keep seeing the same error message 'Sorry, there's a problem. If you keep seeing this, please contact customer service'.

I sent few emails to the PayPal customer service but they responding only with template of message that gives me zero help.

Anybody knows how to resolve this issue?

If you have a limited account then paypal won't allow you to remove an email address OR bank / cards in case you try and use them to open another paypal account against their rules.

You have to resolve the limitations on the account limited.
