Change country of my account

I live in South Africa, i created my account a while ago and didnt realize my account was registered as a Malaysian one, instead of South Africa. 

Now i am trying to link my bank account and it isnt allowing me to.

How do I register my account under South Africa/change it?

Sadly you can't use another countries paypal account, you would need to close the one you have and open one in your correct country.
