Change business account to private account

Several years ago I was married and my wife at the time had an online store. I had help her set it up and we linked it to our joint bank account. The name of the online store has her name in it. Fast forward 20 years and we are divorced and every time I use PP I have to see her name as my account name. She closed the store, she no longer is involved with my bank account. How can I change the account to a private account and get her name off? If that isn't possible, how do I close the account and transfer the money in it to a new, private account? Or, should I just use a different online payment service? Thanks in advance for any help you can give.

 There is no automatic way to downgrade a business account to a personal account, you have to contact customer services and they will do that for you.

Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

OR
You could just close your business account (removing all subscriptions / financial info etc first) and open a personal one.
