As far as I know, I can't change my address and all other info if I moved to another country. Ok, I can understand it.
But I can't close this account, whenever I try to do it by pressing an according button, I always receive a message: "Sorry, there's a problem. If you keep seeing this, please contact customer service.", but I can't submit a ticket regarding this issue to customer support. And I can't open another account with some e-mail, because the system founds an existing email.
The only thing I can do - open a new account based on another email. Just want to clarify am I right or not? If not, please, provide me with clarifying information.
