Change Reply to Email Address

I would like to change the customer reply to email address that is default on invoices, while maintaining primary account ownership with my original email. 

 

I have employees who send out invoices underneath a different username (still attached to my account) but, I am receiving any customer email replies directly to my email. I would like customer replies to go their email instead.

 

How can I change this?
