Change Name

I want to change my name. after i gift the document that they needed, i got a message that my name has change to what i want. and the description said "the process is completed and the information has been updated. you will able to see this change the next time you log in to your paypal account." But after i re-login a few times, my name still same like before. so my question is when is my name change? from the notification paypal is my name has completed updated but when i check still same as before.
