Hi!
I would like to seek an assistance as I have submitted twice my documents for Change of Name due to marriage. Up to now they haven't updated my name yet. Documents submitted were PASSPORT AND MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE.
Another issue is the account is not yet verified.
Can someone help me on this please. Thank you
