Certify and submit information

Hello everyone, 

I have a problem to Certify and submit information to confirm my account. 

When I click to "Certify and submit information" nothing is happening...

I tried with few internet navigator, same result. Try to reload the page, not better.

Dont have a solution for me?

It seems like there is a technical issue, I am afraid. To resolve the issue, please reach out to our Customer Service directly. If you want to contact our Customer Service, you can click ‘Help & Contact’ at the bottom of any PayPal page to see which options are available.
