Cell phone app log in stuck on security check screen

When I try to login to PayPal on my iPhone 12 app I get stuck at a Security Check screen that is blank other than those words Security Check and an empty box that lets me type but asks nothing and the "next" arrow is greyed out. I can login online on my PC no problem.

Me too. How do you get someone to answer? 

I have an iphone 13. Someone suggested restarting and re-installing the app. Didn't work.

I can log in online just fine, just not on my new iphone - i get the security check screen that is blank except for the white screen, box at the bottom, and the greyed out arrows you can't click on.

There is no location services on my paypal app in my settings to change so that isn't the issue.

Anyone have an answer?
